Sherpa tip:
The modular insulated pockets are easy to detach for repositioning on the bag or for washing.Use a cosmetic pouch or zip lock to hold first aid, lotions and other supplies. This keeps everything together and prevents messes.Use carabiners to hook extra gear on these loops.Hang everything from shoes to toys to jackets.
I have a broken/missing buckle. Can it be replaced?
If your buckle is broken or misplaced we would be happy to send you a new one. Cost for the buckle and shipping varies so ask when you order your buckle.
Sherpa Tip -We recommend that when you are not using the waist belt take it off by unclipping it and keep in your Sherpa bag. This will prevent it from getting caught in car doors, damaged or being in the way.
How should I clean my Baby Sherpa? We recommend you clean your pack with a damp cloth as necessary. Do not machine wash or use detergent or bleach. Line dry. (Be gentle... you wouldn't want to be put in the washing machine or the dryer, either!)
I lost my diaper pad how do I get a new one? Replacement parts can be ordered for your Baby Sherpa-just check our products section.
I took off my bottle pocket to rinse it out and now it doesn’t want to stay on what should I do? You might have forgotten to thread the webbing through the webbing slot on the side. Take off the bottle pocket thread through the webbing and then Velcro it. If you forget to thread it through the webbing the Velcro will not hold the weight and the pocket will come off.
