Heather Campbell-Dewar is the CEO and founder of Baby Sherpa. After being frustrated with the poorly designed diaper backpacks on the market Heather designed and started manufacturing Baby Sherpa. She lives in Stony Mountain, Manitoba, Canada with husband Gary, daughter Camryn and Kaysa the Norwegian Elkhound.
